New in 2012, “Tackling Your Big CMO Challenges” Monthly Conversations and Content for Members

Based on feedback from members on a number of common challenges and dinner conversations the last few months, in 2012, CMO CLUB members will benefit from focused monthly conversations, content, innovations, and member networks for tackling your biggest CMO Challenges.


 


In addition to regular CMO member one on one networking and sharing of ideas, each month, across dinner topics, weekly member poll questions, CMO CLUB TV shows, virtual roundtable calls, specific member interviews, and requests for members to share, the club will focus on a specific big CMO challenge. 


 


Finally, a monthly “Tackling your Big CMO Challenges” Recap report plus content curated from members, will be shared with all members in the club.  By the end of 2012, each member will have a full “Best of CMOs” recommendations and insights content across 12 of your biggest challenges as CMOs.


Tackling Your Big CMO Challenges Conversations and Content Schedule

January: Metrics for Success: predicting and proving what you’re doing is working (to your CEO and Board). Includes metrics both metrics for demonstrating impact on P/L plus dynamic metrics for marketing execution success.

1)     Roundtable topic of “Metrics for Success” for selected CMO CLUB Dinners

2)     “Metrics for Success” Topic for bi-monthly CMO 5 second poll questions for members

3)     CMO CLUB TV show on “Metrics for Success” with 2-3 min. highlight videos for all members in the club (3-4 experts/CMOs share insights)

4)     Monthly CMOs only virtual roundtable call on “Metrics for Success” (open to members)

5)     CMO member recommendations for Vendors in this area in Vendor Ratings Program

6)     CMO content sharing on “Metrics for Success” in the Members only Thought Leadership Library

7)     5-6 specific CMO interviews with expertise in this area with recap and insights report to all members.
