123 CMOs Surveyed last week shared their marketing budgets changes for the 2nd half of 2010. 41.5% will have the same budgets, 36.6% plan on increasing over 10%, 9.7% plan on decreasing over 10%, 7.3% plan on increase of 1-10%, and 4.9% plan on decrease of 1-10%. I am pleased to announce that three CMO CLUB members have new positions. Catherine Hall just started as VP Marketing at PetSmart in Phoenix, Jim Macchitelli is the new CMO at Famous Daves Restaurants, and Duncan Potter is new CMO at Edgeware AB in Stockholm, Sweden. I want to wish them well in their new positions and please reach out and congratulate them. Looks like Minneapolis CMO CLUB dinners might be at Famous Daves going forward.
